Delivery Address CANNOT be a Post Office Box or Military APO, FPO, or AE.
Standard Ground Shipping within the contiguous U.S.:
To see shipping cost, add the items to your Shopping Cart and select your shipping destination. Click on Update Totals to re-calculate the total after each item is added or if you change the shipping destination.
Shipping Outside of the contiguous U.S. - Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam are shipped via air. To see shipping cost, add the items to your Shopping Cart and select your shipping destination. Click on Update Totals to re-calculate the total after each item is added or if you change the shipping destination.
RUSH Shipping is at an additional charge:
To see the charge for Rush Shipping (air or ground), you will have to continue to the next step in the Checkout Process and Select Rush Shipping.
There is no Rush Shipping to International Locations, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam.
Some items cannot be shipped by air. If we are not able to ship your order by air, we will notify you immediately.
Back Orders:
From time to time we may list items in stock, however the distribution warehouse may not have the item in stock. In this event, we'll notify you of the expected delivery date and give you the option of either taking delivery on the pending order when it's available or canceling your order. Once an order leaves the wharehouse it cannot be cancelled.
Separate Shipments:
Some items may be shipped separately where necessary
or if shipping is from a different warehouse. Items shipped separately may have
different shipping dates and may arrive on different days. There is no
additional charge.
Orders within the U.S. are shipped via Standard UPS
Ground or Light Truck unless Express Ground or Air is requested:
Depending on the warehouse and manufacturer, items are shipped
out 3 to 7 business days (not including weekends or U.S. Holidays) after receiving your order unless otherwise
stated.
Custom Crafted Items will require more time therefore
the estimated shipping time is noted on the product detail page.
Sales Tax:
There is no sales tax for products shipped outside
of New York State. Products shipped
to locations in New York State will be charged the appropriate sales
tax.
